Netflix original superhero show, Ultraman, is finally back in the news, as Inside News suggests fans will see their superhero once again. The traditional and classic Japanese superhero is coming back with a second season.
The Ultraman show was shown by the old franchise of the Japanese show, which was first debuted in 1996, it became a hit all over Japan. Now seeing the increasing trend of watching anime shows, Netflix announced that they would be bringing Ultraman back again for the fans. Netflix started the production and filming of the first season, and the show was launched in 2020.
It has now been a couple of years since the first season, and fans are wondering about the second season, whether it is to be renewed or not.
Just days after the launch of the first season, Netflix announced that they would also be making season 2. They made this announcement via their social media post in which they wrote, “Get ready to defend yourself again. Ultraman will be back in Ultraman Season 2”. The fans were really happy after hearing this news and were eagerly waiting for season 2, now the news is that Netflix has completed production and it can release the second season soon.
The Netflix show Ultraman has cast members such as Ryohei Kimura as Shinjiro, Dan Moroboshi will appear as Ultra-Seven and Seiji Hokuto as Ultraman Ace, these are some of the show's central characters so it was likely that they would return for the second season. Season 2 will also feature Zoffy, Jack, and Taro because they also have been invited by Ultraman to fight. The roles of villains, such as Adad and Ace Killer will also make a comeback, with Kenjiro Tsuda and Hiroaki Hirata playing them.
