The South Side is back! Yes, the makers and the streamer HBO have confirmed that the production of season 3 of the show has started. The South Side season 1 aired in 2019 for the first time on Comedy Central, and the second was streamed by HBO Max. It is an American comedy sitcom that deals with two friends trying to start their business on the south side of the city after graduating from the community college.

The South Side was created by Diallo Riddle, Bashir Salahuddin and Sultan Salahuddin. They confirmed that season three is renewed by HBO for the second time, and the season will be out soon. The show's previous two seasons consisted of 10 episodes, and each had an average run time of 20 minutes. The show's first season was live on 24 July 2019 on the Comedy Central channel, but for the second season, the creators decided to move to HBO Max, which is one of the biggest streamers in the world. This American sitcom is based in the neighborhood of Englewood, Chicago. The first season of the South Side builds a good plot for the show and is a great comedy season for the fans. They both had the dream to achieve more in life, but neither of them could make it as they had many challenges while trying. Simon, who wanted the white-collar job, could not pass the background check and Kareem, to become the astronomer, found that one of the astronomers was the racist. The story then moves forward with the two coming back to their old jobs and dealing with their stuff.
The show contains comedy and humor even in depressing moments, and that is why people liked it very much as they appreciated the writers for writing such a great show. As for the plot of the third season, it is unclear as it was recently renewed, and makers of the show haven't given any hint so far.
