PLEASE renew Murdoch Mysteries. It is my favourite show. I watch it every Monday at 8:00 pm. on CBC. It is never boring. Every episode is fantastic. You have wonderful actors. I love when they meet people from that era like Mr. Tesla et al. Its fantastic because it is in Toronto. You learn so much of that era in Toronto. It is the best!!!!!!

I am shocked that there is a possibility that Murdoch Mysteries will not be renewed! It is one of the best dramas ever made by the CBC. It is a Canadian classic. The cast is extremely talented and do justice to the fine and inventive plots and dialogue. A very fine ensemble cast, indeed! It was disappointing that the season ended so early.... Long live Murdoch!!!

I'm a Canadian at heart but unfortunately I was born in the US Midwest. Now I'm retired! It is ironic that most of the shows I like are all made in, or some are about, Canadians. And yes I'm a fan of MM as well, and I too would like to see S14 E01-18.

I love this show and hope it returns. The actors are great and it is far more interesting than the bloody ones we have on now. You seem to take the good shows off and replace them with ones people are not interested in watching.

heather from Nova Scotia.......watching Murdoch Mysteries has been one of the highlights of my week for many years now...I agree that the stories are interesting and fresh and well worth keeping for hopefully a few more seasons....although the last episode...seemed to " finish" off some outstanding issues for each actor....so ...that tells me that maybe they have already made the decision to cancel the show...and I also agree that too many of the other shows on now are all " blood and guts" ..either police or hospital dramas where everyone is getting killed in rather gruesome ways... all the great shows...like Road to Avonlea....The Waltons....Bonanza...had so much more to offer ...ie: they had great storey lines and were believable..! please please ..do not take Murdoch Mysteries...!! lets all get together and write to the creators of the show and see if we can make it happen

I also noticed that, this season they did finish the ongoing storylines such as Brackenreid introducing is daughter to his wife, catching Mr. Fellows and killing Mrs. Pendrick. With the personal issues and the recurring criminals now dealt with I think they are finished with the series. Like you I hope I am wrong, that this season was not a wrap up, but a reboot.

Would love to see a season 14 of MM. I think it would be great to see Murdoch solve mysteries in towns across Ontario or even Canada, highlighting other towns and local historical figures/ events.

In a time of real hardship, and most television shows determined to be "gritty", bloody, dark or all three, Murdoch Mysteries is an increasingly rare gentle, engaging clever show with an emphasis on good relationships. It would be a real loss if the series is not renewed, there is so very little to replace it. At present, Canada and New Zealand are the two countries that give the rest of us a light of hope, and MM is an example as to why. I have traveled much of the world and can honestly say that Canada and it's people is the country I love the most and would move to and live in in a heartbeat if I could. Please do not take away the little taste we on the rest of the planet have of a more hopeful and gentle world

I am an avid Murdoch Mysteries fan! It is one of the few shows on TV worth watching. The acting is superb, the storylines are outstanding and educational. Please DO NOT CANCEL. Please do not cancel the Murdoch Mysteries. I've been watching it from the very beginning. Donated the DVDs to my local library and they are so worn for I turned on so many people to the series. It is well-done, the character development has grown over the years, and, of course, it is 'decent' television yet gets into today's societal issues. Every main actor is superb. Please don't cancel something that is truly worthy. Thank you!

To the commenter who said: “It was disappointing that the season ended so early….” It had the same 18 episodes it has had for, at least, the past several seasons. I hope this terrific show is renewed. But, at the very least, it had a happily ever after for everybody so if it does wind up ending, it could be a worse finale.

I can't believe that CBC would even think of cancelling this wonderful show. I am a french canadian and even though there is a show in french of Merdock mysteries, I prefer watching it in english. I saw the show one day and I was hooked. I bought the DVD's of the first five series because I did not know the show even existed until one day, changing channels one after the other, I fell on that show and I could not get my eyes off of it it was so good and so well made with unbelievable actors. There is so much trash on T.V. that when we get a good show, we want to keep it. There is so many subjects you can use. They are not in the 19th century anymore. They have started with the 20th now and so many situations could be used for some more shows with a lot of new commers and important people of that period. It is not only entertainment it is also part of Canada's history. Think about that when making your decision.

Please renew Murdoch Mysteries. I love the series and there is nothing close to replace it. I live in rural Texas caring for my homebound husband 24/7, and Murdoch Mysteries is practically the only outlet that I truly enjoy. The members of the cast are like family members to me. Please, please renew this fabulous show! Watching it on Acorn has been an important part of me keeping my self-isolation during this horrible pandemic. I’ve fallen in love with the well developed characters, the blend of light and dark mysteries, beauty of Toronto and the exquisite costumes. Don't get rid of this show! There are lots of fans in the USA as well! So hard to find a decent show to watch. We got hooked watching free DVD's from the public library! Nooooo don't cancel this one...it is too good and we love the cast (Love Jonny Harris).
