Severance Season 3 or Cancelled? Apple TV+ Renewal & Release Date

<p>Severance has been created by Dan Erickson and is directed by Ben Stiller &amp; Aoife McArdle. Lumen Industries' Mark Scott is the leader of a team whose members have had their memories surgically divided between their professional and personal lives through a severance procedure. The show will premiere on Apple TV+ on February 18, 2022.</p> <p>&nbsp;</p> <p>The team&rsquo;s daily grind is going uninterrupted and as planned until an ex-employee seeks out Mark, and claims he is best friends with him on the job. Due to the severance of work and real life Mark has no idea if he can trust this man, but if his accusations of Lumen Industries are true, Mark knows he will have to take them down from the inside.</p> <p>&nbsp;</p> <h2>Severance Cast</h2> <p>The trailer of Severance by Apple Tv+ has already been released. Adam Scott, John Turturro, Patricia Arquette, Zach Cherry, Britt Lower, Christopher Walken, Jen Tullock, Tramell Tillman, Dichen Lachman, and of course, Michael Chernus appear in the Severance trailer.</p> <p>&nbsp;</p> <h2>Writers</h2> <p>The screenplay of this show has been written by Dan Erickson and Mohamad El Masri. The film editing of Severance is done by Erica Freed marker, and Jessica Lee Gagn&eacute; is the face behind the beautiful cinematography of the show.</p> <p>&nbsp;</p> <h2>Cast of Severance</h2> <p>As for the cast, Ben Stiller and showrunner Ericsson could not have assembled a better team than this. Patricia Arquette seems perfectly fit for her sinister role as if it was written specifically for her. The rest of the cast is also superb with not a single weak link in the bunch. Zach cherry provides outrageous comedic relief, while Trammel Tillman proves to be even more terrifying than Arquette.</p> <p>&nbsp;</p> <h2>Lumen Workplace</h2> <p>Lumen has nothing in common with any other workplace you've ever heard of. No one inside Lumen&rsquo;s minimalist office has any idea of what life is like outside. Outside the company, employees are not reminded of their 9-to-5 jobs, employees are almost clocking in and out through some sort of "severance" program. The whole theme reminds one of &ldquo;The Office&rdquo; and their dressing looks just like &ldquo;Mad Men&rdquo;. This TV series presents drama like no other.</p> <p>&nbsp;</p> <p>Severance is about loss and the awkward and self-destructive ways in which people fill voids. For Mark, the loss of his wife led to his employment at Lumen, a powerful company that practices "severance". It is still not known what this industry does, even the people working at Lumen Industries couldn&rsquo;t crack this secret, but something is really fishy, which is why an ex-employee tried to bring Mark into his shop so desperately.</p> <p>&nbsp;</p> <p>With its pristine cubicles, the Apple TV+ series isn't perfectly spotless. Each of the eight episodes runs a little long, with annoying hesitance to reveal much of anything. Even Loki and Legion couldn't capture its tone with its contrast of sterilized environments and foul atmosphere. Regardless, this show has plenty to offer, which is why we&rsquo;ll be tuning in, and so should you!</p>
