In this new season, he and his skilled team will assess troubled projects, tackle issues with builders, and craft renovation plans to transform nightmares into dream homes over nine episodes.</p> <p>In the first episode, Rico comes to the aid of Brock and Zhanna, a couple whose contractor vanished after pocketing over $100,000 for their home renovation. Surveying the tarped roof and exposed framing left behind, Rico and his team will figure out the best way to complete the job. The goal? To provide the family of four with the additional living space, bedroom, and bathroom they've been longing for over two years.</p>
