Great series not all demo. Wish we had more that was about restoration and not only the all mighty buck. He has great people and very unique projects. Not all houses. Businesses and businesses transition to homes. So much history. Well played and his explanations on the different period styles with examples and useful details. Loved watching. Really sad that history channel canceled. Better than This Old House. Love the historical knowledge and his desire to save as many structures as possible. He really cares and his team does too.
